Major did the best job ever on our rugs.
They look like new.
Carpet is clean, sanitized and stains removed. Spills are easy to remove with just using club soda. Dries quickly.
TJ was very professional and on time with a heads up call 30 min before arriving. We will ask for him in the future and have recommended you guys to several friends

Honesty about price and service. Ethan our service tech did a great job cleaning our carpets. Our carpets never look and smelled so clean.
The tech was on time. He was friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job and it did not take him long at all to complete the job. The carpet looks like when we first moved in. Very, very pleased with the service and the company. Oh yeah and the price was very reasonable.

There were small puddles left on the tile floor which should've been cleaned up before they left.
I indicated that I wanted the walkways around the coffee table/rug area cleaned. However, the most important area in front of the recliner (part of the walkway) was not done. I didn't notice until after they left because I didn't want to walk on the tile floor as I could see puddles in places.
There was another "spot" next to the door in kitchen that was missed. If I'd been able to see all this, I wouldn't have tipped both guys. The tile that was cleaned they did an excellent job on. But with the missed spots & puddles I wasn't quite happy. My personal opinion is with the price I paid the bathrooms should've been included... or at least one of the 3. The carpets that were cleaned looked great. But again, unlike other companies I've had out in the past... they didn't move a few small things. When saw one while they were still here, he apologized & moved the small table & also said he'd do behind the doors which hadn't been done. Sometimes it's the small things that make a big difference. What was done got clean, but feel unlike other companies, it was a bit sloppy.
Carpets and tiles were cleaned and the tech was professional.

Steve did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! We are so very pleased with the outcome. We had him clean the grout and clean our orange sofa too and they both look amazing. Brandon was fantastic! He was so well mannered and did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet and tile flooring. The carpet in our bedroom had seen better days, and now it looks great....very soft and fresh. Brandon took extra effort to get rid of stains that were affecting the carpet's appearance. In fact, I no longer feel the need to change it out for new flooring.
I will continue to recommend Zerorez to my Real Estate clients, friends, and family.

This is only the second time getting our rug cleaned, (first one was about 2 years ago) but that's because our first time cleaned our rug so thoroughly we didn't need another cleaning until recently. Marcus arrived on the appointed time, explained his procedure and now we have a lovely rug once again. And once again I was delighted at the wonderful job Zerorez performed! Thank you Zerorez Las Vegas and we'll be calling again the next time we need clean rugs!!!
The carpets look good except for in front of a loveseat we use all the time it still looks soiled.

The Tech was amazing and very professional however the water he used had a really bad oder. Shortly after he finished the entire house had an order of a wet gym towel that lingered for several days. This has never happened before in the past and I get my carpets cleaned at least 3 or 4 times a year. I will be trying a different company next time just to see if the same problem occurs.
