Marcus was awesome!! He called to let me know he was on his way. He went through a couple of options on cleaning my tile and gave me pros and cons. I didn’t feel pushed but rather helped make an informed decision. The results were FABULOUS!! I will request Marcus in the spring when I plan to clean my rugs. Thank you for helping me get my home ready for Thanksgiving!!

My recommendation would be that the people who answer the phone be more specific about pricing. For example one 10x12 rug is $180. Which brings me to another point. Why is an area rug cleaned in my house so much when my two 10x12 bedrooms only cost $102. That makes no sense to me and I was shocked when the very nice young man who cleaned my carpets told me the exact amount of my clean. I believe his name was Victor. He did an excellent job and was very nice and patient about me being upset about how much your company charges for area rugs cleaned in my home. Diane Last name removed
