My carpet looks great. It is soft and very clean. It actually looks brand new and it's 15 years old. I wish I would have called much sooner. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The technique was very friendly and did a great job
The customer service was phenomenal, and most of the regular wear was improved. Unfortunately we were charge a “bio treatment” that was supposed to remove dog stains and it did not. It now reeks in the small soiled area. And it is incredibly greasy in that same area. I’m am super disappointed after spending so much money.

There was cleaning solution left on our walls up to 18 inches high off of the carpet in several places. We had to wash our walls and several pieces of furniture to clean it off. It was a direct spray that you could see where the tech sprayed it and then it ran down the walls to the baseboards. It wasn’t a light overspray.
Good service, good cleaning job. The service technician was polite, efficient and explained what he was going to do before he started.
The technician did an incredible job of not only cleaning our carpets but also educating us on how to spot clean and maintain them. His professional demeanor and timeliness was impeccable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all my carpet, furniture and floor cleaning from now on.
Pet odors still remains. I would understand if pet odors can be removed completely but it’s exactly the same a before the cleaning. Not even slightly better. And the pricing model is super unclear.
