I like the professional approach the techs take toward the stains on the carpet and furniture. They evaluate the source of the stain and the approach they will use. They also take time to clean. They don't use time restrains on doing the job.

After I get my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, they look clean, they smell clean and there is no (crunchy) residue left in them. I have been using Zerorez for over ten years and will never use another carpet cleaning company EVER. Jasper, the young man who did the job, was very polite and professional and did an EXCELLENT job.

Our Tech Tracy was exactly on time, was friendly, professional, and very attention oriented and detailed in cleaning our rugs. He took care and was diligent getting each rug clean. WOW to get each rug back to the life and luster they once had is something that came about. 5 Stars!

You did not disappoint nor did you impress. I wanted my carpet cleaned an you did that. I didn’t like all the up selling. It was obvious that you push that on your employees. So, you provided a service and I paid. What more do you want?
Make sure they do a better job where carpet meets tile. The carpet looks nice but he hit the leg of my dining room table and it's a small piece taken out. Just have them slow down. I will still use you so no need to call back about the ding in the table leg.

My only feedback was abkut the pricing, i think it would help all customers im sure to be more specific about pricing from the moment someone makes an appt. So there's no surprises the day of the actual cleaning.
