Up-to-date - easy to use.
The person I made the appointment with made no reference that a larger matter bedroom would cost more or that closets aren't included in the price of the room. Or that we might need a deodorizer at an additional charge.
One of the guys who came, put his shoe covers on in the van, walked outside to the front door. I asked what's the point of them if you put them in before entering the house?
The other guy was more of a salesman. He shined his light to show me the pet stains. My husband bought one and there are still pet stains. They should use their light to show the stains have been removed. But maybe they don't because they aren't?
No chemicals...just alkaline water!

Wanted to charge me $700 for a 20 minute cleaning. I had moved furniture and vacuumed as requested. Last time it was $305 this time $380.
I didn't need any "extra" services and the gent who did the cleaning did a fantastic job. I waited to rate this service until the carpet was dry (so I could walk on it) and found all the rooms to be great. I would definitely call them again.

The living room carpet is 2 years old, my renter in the house was a recluse,(never had anyone over), with three indoor cats. The living room carpet (after me vacuuming it three time...cat hairs) no spots or stains, just had a lot of cat hairs. The second room (guest bedroom )was the one with the carpet which she closed off (always kept the door closed), and never used that room. So the carpet was clean, I know because I vacuumed it before your cleaners came. My handyman tracked some muddy dirt on his shoes in that room to fix the blinds...so I had two dirty shoe prints in the carpet, I pointed that out to the cleaner. I left him to clean the two carpets, when I returned I noticed the guest bedroom still had those two dirty spots.

My couch was wet for almost 3 days, when I was told it would be wet for up to 4 hours. There were stains on the side cushion and couple of pillows that were still there after the job was done. I could not use my couch for 3 days due to how wet it was. It also started to smell since it was wet for a long time.

This company is unbelievable. The service is superior! They came the same day we called to deal with a stain that would have potentially ruined our carpet. They use the BEST process with no chemicals and get the carpet truly clean. No signe of any stain!!! They have been providing thier services to us for over 15 years. Dont use anyone else!
The carpets look great. Your staff was great. Dry time was about 4 to 5 times longer than stated?

Zerorez does a great job of cleaning my carpets. They are professional, friendly and on time.
I was quoted 111 for three rooms. When the rep got here he presented deep clean and protectant - get the deep clean for $35 per room and get the protectant for free. Then later the bill came to $210.??
I was working when job was done so I paid and signed. There is still spots in different places in all three rooms. - I spent hours moving furniture and stuff with a shoulder issue to get the most value for my money- yet the rooms still appear to be dirty.
Not impressed with the quality of the deep clean as the floors still appear to be dirty.
I was planning on getting floors cleaned again in a 4 months, as I have other rooms that need service - I will be looking for a new company- add say they leave no reside etc on carpets - yet it appears all the same spots and dirty is still there when they are done.
