There are still so many spots that did not come out.
Whatever chemicals are used do not work. I would have liked to been told about potential spots that could not be removed. Was not impressed with the science behind their cleaning products.
Be honest when the customer calls and tell them everything about all the upsell and markups when they get to the customers home,never told me 35 $ a room was for only 200 sqare foot room either

Had 3 dark spots on family room carpet that 2 other carpet cleaners said was embedded for last 3 years, your carpet cleaners got completely out, Wife & I were completely happy

I like the idea that Zerorez does not use artificial cleaning products. Our carpets get very clean and they dry quickly. The cleaner was professional and efficient.
