I received a quote over the phone which I was pleased with, however, the serviceman did a sales job on my spouse and the cost was more than double the original quote. That does not make me happy! Additional possible services should be addressed at the time the original quote was given.

Took my 12 year old carpet and made it look five years newer again, also cleaned my large shag area rug which now looks new again we have multiple dogs and this rug is there favorite spot to play.
I would definetly recommend them and will be using them again.

Speed at which the carpet dries
Zerorez did a great job cleaning and protecting the carpeted areas of my home. The technician was prompt, professional and cordial. The carpets look great!
I feel the tech we had was overwhelmed by the size of the job. He had a lot to do do in a short time. I feel Zerorez should have two people for large jobs. I had a 6 seat sofa and 2400 sq. ft. Of carpet and to clean in a few hours. We had him come out again because there was streaks on some of the tile. I think he was tired by the end of the project and he was walking on some of his work. He returned and tried to make it better but there is still some streaks. I have had your company do cleaning for me in the past, but I don’t think I will use your company for future cleaning.

Carpet is crunchy and now has bumps where there weren’t before - meaning we will now have to get the carpet pulled so it’s flat again.
Wouldn't totally recommend if you are wanting to use them for your couch w/ dog hair. The couch is cleaner but did absolutely nothing for the dog hair.
Gary did a great job on our carpets and explained the troubled spots. He was also very personable.
