I really liked the technician who gave us service. I have used zerorez before and I want to comment that you have left a dirt line at the edges of my carpet where it meets the wall. I pointed this out to our technician...He worked on it and it was greatly improved. He said there was a special tool that would remedy this but he no longer had access to that. You should provide that to all your technicians as this would leave a much better finished product!!
I had my tile and grout cleaned the other day and it came out extremely clean. I was especially surprised at how clean the grout looked. Will and Myron did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional and both are an asset to your company.
The carpet were cleaned and didn’t take 72 hours to dry! The carpet was cleaned fast and efficiently. Ricky the technician was very friendly and professional as well as thorough in his cleaning of my carpet!

When he cleaned the tile, it was a 10 but when he sealed the tile it was only a 5.
I sealed the marble tile, it had a 1/8 of of an inch grout line, it smeared the marble tile.
I did it 14 years ago, when it was new, by one of those old-fashioned mustard dispensers, carefully and I did it fine.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and an just as happy as I was after the first. Their Tech are friendly, professional, and seem to really care about doing a great job for you. The house smells so good when they are done...none of that gross chemical smell. Not only do I highly recommend them, I wouldn't use anyone else to clean my carpets.
