I was a little disappointed in the overall experience. The up sell of scotch guard not being presented over the phone is disheartening. I still purchased it but I would have preferred the sales pitch when I booked service. Secondly I forgot there was a small bench at the entrance to my walk in closet. The bench is small and weighs 30lbs, my girlfriend and cleaning lady can move it but even if the employee is not allowed to move it sue to liability I would have hoped he would have asked me to move it for him so he can clean the area properly Instead he just avoided the area all together. I feel that is not putting the customers needs first and based on your reviews I felt like it wasn’t too much to have him notify me. I am not upset with your company you performed the service my home is a year old so my carpets weren’t very dirty to begin so I don’t see a dramatic change but I believe they are cleaner. Based on my experience I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend your company but I also wouldn’t say anything negative I just wished I had the opportunity to move the bench so my whole closet was cleaned.

Great service that went above and beyond what I expected. While the price is comparable to other companies, the final results are in a class by themselves. Zerorez delivers and is the only carpet and furniture cleaning service I’ll ever use.

Found some spots on the carpet after it dried that were not there before the carpet was cleaned (believe it may have come from the cleaning equipment). Could not check it while the workman was here since the carpet was wet and I was told not to go on it until it dried. Contacted Zerorez and am waiting for them to return my call. If they come out and resolve the issue, I would change my rating from an 8 to a 10. Overall, the rest of the carpet looks really good and the workman was courteous and professional.

Service person did and excellent job cleaning my carpet and tiles. He called and asked if he could come before 1 pm when my job was supposed to start and I was so glad to hear he could start my job earlier.

After a few weeks, less than a month, I realized this (time) of service wasn’t as good as the last time. The technician talked too much about the carpet which we already knew (the carpet is 25 years old and had so many services from Stanley Steamers and your company). I don’t think he treated the spots well. It resulted a redo. Now our house in some areas looked like haven’t been touch. The carpet took almost a day to dry in some areas.
I preferred for not seeing this tech out on our next service.

I love how my carpets FEEL clean. There's not that "shampoo crunchy" that you get with others. And with 4 dogs, my carpets stay clean looking AND smelling!!! OH!! And we have that carpet with a small design throughout. Zerorez doesn't ruin that design; matter of fact, the design is "new" again. EVERY TIME. And we use them 2 times a year-Fall and Spring.

Professional and efficient service
My wife and I have used Zerorez for several years, for our home. I recently contracted with Zerorez for a commercial job and could not be happier with the service. The folks doing the job were polite, thorough, and left the 900 sq ft carpet cleaner than it's been in years.
