My carpets look and feel great. The technician was kind, helpful, and efficient.
The service was terrific. Steven was very informative about the different services and why this company is better and separate from the others. When steven left, my house smelled and looked better. I can tell the difference with Zerorez cleaning. I would say Zerorez is the best and quick; it took about 40 minutes to clean three rooms. Steven was very efficient. I will definitely be calling them back to clean my carpet next year. I am glad I called Zerorez. Thank you.
The Technician did a wonderful job and I was happy with the service.
However, It just seemed a little expensive? But It should last for a year.

Technician was courteous and professional, carpets looked great afterwards. There was a spot on the carpet that we thought would be troublesome to get out (fruit punch), but the pretreatment and steaming got it all!

We had Zerorez awhile ago to do our tile floors and we’re happy with the results. So when we decided to get the carpets cleaned it was a “no brainer” as to who we were going to call. The technician, whose name is Tracey let us known every step he was going to do. He did a terrific job, was very polite, and very professional. Will always use Zerorez!
