Good employees and product
I was charged additional service charge and $60.00 to remove stains and not all stains were removed, I’m disappointed about the up charges.

The extra price of the portable unit to clean my small apt. is prohibitive. I do not know if I could do it again. (An extra 100 dollars.!!) Wish the old method could be used, just running the hose to my Apt.!

The nice fresh smell after the service was so nice to wake up to this am. The gentleman who performed my service was so professional and dedicated to making my first service the best ever! He was so polite and explained everything as he went along. It was a first class experience!

Iziah did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. The home we are moving into smells fresh and clean. It was very important to our family that the cleaning was thorough and done in every room. Iziah exceeded our expectations and we will be using zerorez services again.
I have used Zerorez before several times and always felt like they brought my carpets back to life and made them look and feel clean. This time, I felt like you came up well short of your standards. Yes, I saw a difference but honestly, I expected better given my past experiences. I thought the technician could have done better though in fairness to him, he performed alone with no help. He did try to sell me additional services which was a bit of a turnoff too. If I wanted extra services, I would've done so when I made the appointment. Hopefully my next experience with Zerorez will be better.
The gentleman that came was great. Removed a vomit stain from my carpet and it looks new. Couldn’t fully remove a red marker stain from my couch. Looks way better than it did before but isn’t fully gone. Find a way to remove red marker stains and it would have been a 10. Great job, nonetheless.

Certainly knowing, seeing that my carpet is clean. The fresh smell throughout the home. But the customer service the technician provides is zerorez greatest asset and that should never be discounted nor forgotten. Zerorez face is their employees from telephone staff to technician.
