Not as happy with the service as last time. The floor is still dirty and you can see streaks of dirt on the carpet.
Steven P was on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He explained everything as he was doing it and showed results each time he completed an area to make sure I was happy with it. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend him and zerorez to family and friends and will definitely be getting cleanings done again in the future!

We like everything about your process as well as the service. The technicians are always knowledgeable and extremely courteous and take very little time to thoroughly clean your carpets. We have used them since moving to Las Vegas and have no intention of transition to anyone else.

We are repeat customers. But, the gentlemen that was here last time was very rushed. He was only here for one hour. In the past they have been here for several hours. The carpets do not look clean. We were happier in the past. And your prices went up. We will be finding a new company.

The technician who came out, he put the effort to make it perfect, in my years of requesting services for flooring repairs and cleaning, it’s quite hard to find someone like that.
The young man did a great job
Train technicians to clean rugs without causing them to wave on sides. This happened to two of my rugs last February 2022 and this week my technician Steven P said that should never happen. It’s a major trip hazard and aesthetically unappealing. Also, I really don’t like the constant attempts to upsell- it feels like a circus act with getting quoted prices then “if you do this I can do that for free and I can do that rug for $30 instead of $80” … understand we all have a budget to stick to. Thank you. Otherwise technicians have been courteous and professional.
