The tile in the upstairs bathroom was cleaned as well as the grout. The majority of the grout is not clean. I think a better job should have been done. Very disappointing.
The bathroom downstairs has a walk- in shower that has tile on the walls. That was cleaned as well as the floor. Also, we have carpet in the family room which was cleaned and it looks great.

Wow, my carpet looks really nice. The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was so respectful. He called me before coming to see if he could come earlier than scheduled. (Which was great). He even gave me some helpful tips to keep my carpet cleaner. I will be scheduling an appointment again in 6 months.
Customer service; polite and friendly
Our technician did an excellent job - he was courteous, quick, and thorough. Our baseboard was damaged, which he acknowledged and noted on our order. However no one has contacted us to address.
Doing a better job at getting stains out of carpet
My service technician, Tracy, is extremely knowledgeable. He is very open and upfront about the pricing of the service and does a wonderful job. Our carpets have never looked better thanks to him! They are staying very fresh as well due to the protectant. We are beyond impressed with him and ZeroRez as a company.

At day of service, I was quoted a price of $212.00 to clean our tile floors. I told the employee that I heard a commercial on the radio for 100 Sq ft of tile cleaned for free. He said he wasn't aware of any such discount, neither from a commercial or the company. I agreed to the price of $212.00 and no more. I questioned him several times about the price being the FINAL total. He reassured me that it would be. At time of payment, he gave me the bill totaling $224.00!!! $12.00 dollars more, and he himself really didn't know why! You lost a customer.

Zerorez arrived on time and the tech was polite. The floor (carpet) was cleaned super fast. I would recommend Zerorez for cleaning if you want it done right the first time. I had my floor cleaned a year ago by them and the cleaning has held up.
