The stain is still in my carpet and it smells so nothing was cleaned in my opinion.
Greg our technician was wonderful! His great personality and awesome customer service was refreshing! We will definitely request him again. The worked he performed was great. He did exactly what was asked of him.

Didn’t disappoint. The tech was great! We had the pet treatment and then the coating over the top. It’s been 48+ hours and the urine smell is noticeably worse then before the cleaning. I thought maybe it needed to dry further (maybe it still does) but I didn’t expect to bring the smell out more; the opposite actually.

We agreed on a price of $99 for the same space you did the first time you came this time I was charged $172 and the spots I needed cleaning did not come clean
I have never used the tile / grout cleaning service offered before but the equipment did an amazing job of cleaning the tile and grout lines back to like new condition! I was very impressed!

The quality of service is excellent. However, the price for the service is starting to be a concern. $219 to $301 for same service as previous year. Also had a coupon special. Will have to consider other options for future cleanings. I would appreciate a response as to whether there was an error in this year's charge.
