I’ve used Zerorez at least 4 times, and they’re always on time, polite, and thorough! I will continue to use them & recommend them to my friends and family.
The first 2 services I received over the years were excellent. This last service, I was not completely satisficed.
I thought the first two were a lot cleaner than this one. I expected my computer and second TV room to be much better since I paid for a DEEP cleaning on top of the regular cleaning. I thought that there was and area in my computer room that was not spotted or with stains that should have been cleaner. It just looks like a dark area in the middle of the floor. Regular dirt.

KC was great. He cleaned our carpet and tile with TLC. He was professional and a great salesperson . My cost was originally $176. He did such a phenomenal job and explained to us how the rest of our tile would look with 100 square foot is completed There was no pressure on his end he left it to us and of course, seeing the result we requested more footage to be cleaned. The price with discount was very reasonable. We plan to recommend your services. I’m glad I saw you on the internet and took a chance.

No Chemicals! The technician was ready to work with me on a few issues; very nice.
The carpet and grout look great. The grout cleaning was a little pricey, but the results were good.

I just moved so it’s Much better than it was but can still smell the dog urine a bit and the hall is crunchy. The technician was very helpful and pleasant!

The length of time it took to dry carpet has never been has quick . Zeroez was professional and left carpet like brand new.
I would highly recommend Zerorez, the employees called when on their way, arrived on time in uniforms with masks on. They explained the whole procedure to me then did an area and got my approval before moving forward. They were friendly, fast and our floors look fantastic. Thank you Zerorez I will definitely use your company again and hopefully get the same 2 techs that came out this time. 10 out 10 from this happy customer.

Tile came out perfect! Still some pet stains on carpet in main bedroom. It looks like stains should be able to be removed. After Ricardo finished cleaning bedroom, I didn’t walk in room to inspect. I doubt, with carpet being wet, that I would have seen remaining stains. I would be very happy if Ricardo would come again & try to remove stains.
Also, I was not informed by person who booked appointment that you charge to move furniture. Luckily, I did have most everything moved. All customers should be informed of this charge.
Ricardo is a wonderful technician & should be considered a valued employee.
