The carpets look amazing. The drying time was so fast! I was not home during the service, but my mother said the technician who worked on our home was polite, informative and even went above and beyond by helping her with putting on/removing shoe covers. We used another company for years and now that we've tried Zerorez, we will never go back! Fantastic service!

The technician was professional. He wore his mask during the time he was in my home. He explained the materials to be used and questioned if I had any allergies to the materials. He completed the job in short fashion. Did not leave a mess. My thoughts were the job was going to take a great portion of my day, I had an afternoon appointment.
But the tech was efficient with his tme and completed the job timely.

Have used your company for the last 5 / 6 carpet cleanings, always on time with a call ahead, each tech did a good job.
On time. Quick drying. Traffic areas needed attention the most and came out looking great!!! I felt the price was right. Will definitely call them again when needed!!!
Zerorez didn't not remove the pet stains that were shown to me with a black light. My carpet was clean before I called Zerorez. I was upsold and paid a hefty price for a job that did not live up to expectations. I will not recommend nor use Zerorez again. My Cobra black light revealed every stain that was there before their stain removal treatment. I think that a partial refund of $200.00 is in order.
The price advertised and quoted over the phone are 100 dollars more when the tech arrives and give his quote. Would be better to come up with a better quoting process to help customers get a closer quote before scheduling an appointment. On the good side the tech added some extras to make the extra expense worth it.
