Zerorez does the best job cleaning carpets by far. It’s the only company I use after using many in the Las Vegas area. No one cleans a carpet as well. Corey cleaned my mom’s carpets beautifully and was very knowledgeable and professional. We will request him next time.

Was initially impressed, but After giving a thorough look over of the tile work done, I’ve noticed a lot of spots that were missed or not detailed. Considering I paid $500 for the area cleaned I expected pretty exemplary if not spotless work. Lots of have finished spots that could have done with a second brush over. Technician was speedy, here for maybe 90 minutes, which at first seems very efficient but upon further inspection appears could have been too hasty. Additionally some parts of my hardwood are scraped and damaged. Thought at first my be residue from cleaning but are scratched up. I’m so-so feeling about the tile work.
Have had great experiences with carpet in the past, but will look elsewhere for tile and grout services on the future.
Technicians were on time and completed cleaning as requested. The carpet looks great. Additional services were discussed in an informative way. This was a good experience.

The service Zerorez provides is consistent. On this occasion the same service technician (Mr. Major Gray) responded to my home and again Zerorez was on time, courteous and efficient.

The only thing is he had two rooms and a bathroom done in 20 minutes and my rugs are hard and he anted to charge me more I have been with zebras a long time this was the first time this happened
Tracy was best tech who ever came. He did an excellent job on the carpet and gave me excellent tips on how to keep it clean. I got the upgrade package, and it was worth every penny!
