I made the appointment for carpet, two recliners and 100 sq ft of tile. After Garry cleaned the 100 ft of tile and could not believe how clean it was so had him do the rest of our tile. AWESOME job and Garry was very professional.
I like the f act that there is no odor and the cleaning process is very good. There is no residue from where you clean.

First & foremost, the tech was most helpful and very His svc was great. Plus he did an excellent job of both carpeting and stair carpeting!! Only thing which I know is impossible is wetness. LOL It was beautiful and dry

I received a courtesy call with arrival in 15 - 20 minutes.

I don't get the hype about Zerorez. I had the carpets done at my rental property after tenants with pets moved out. I explained the specific need for pet odor removal and was upsold on the bio treatment in every room. Even with the upgrade the carpets still smelled. Waste of time, effort and $.I had better results with just getting odor removal products from Target.
Good service and follow up
I first of all liked the fact that we did a walk through. We discussed the traffic area and age of carpet. He thoroughly explained the procedure step by step, He also gave me some
options that I agreed to have.
He was a hard worker with no breaks. He clearly did an excellent job. He surprised me of what he could accomplish with a 30 year old carpet,
I would, without hesitation, recommend Zerorez for everyone.
I will also tell my friends to use this company.
Very professional
I am disappointed with a couple areas. Spots that did not come out that did come out in other places. I feel like it could have be pre-treated & there would have been a better chance of the rest of them coming out. It was the mail reason for the cleaning that day. Another area was an area rug which I agreed to clean around furniture, but some area were totally missed & even though the tech said he didn't charge me, that's not what I wanted. I really feel a better job could have been done. I feel like I need to call another company to finish the job.
I think the results are very good and I am very happy with the carpet cleaning. I think the cost is high when it took only two hours to complete the job. But the job was done well and the price was quoted before the service was ordered. So it was a good deal.
