We were extremely impress with your technician Victor. Everything came out great and very clean. He was most respectful of our house and other items when he cleaned and did an excellent job.
Very Pricey for the tile and I am not satisfied with the guest bath and part of the kitchen-. When everything dried I have dark grout, light and inbetween .
The technician was very polite and careful to not damage anything. He explained the whole process and options clearly. Pricing was straightforward. The carpets look great after cleaning.

I have used this company prior to covid-19 and the did not just use the normal carpet cleaner the also went over the carpet with a carpet rake. Never the less Major has the best service and I am a General Manager for a Marriott and I was really happy with services

I was very pleased with Carlos the technician. He was couteous, professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and tile. Everything was fresh and clean. Drying time was minimal. Carlos was also helpful with information on how to keep my carpet and tile maintained between cleanings. I definitely recommend Zerorez.
