I had gotten a Service Estimate when I first made contact with your company. It mentioned Service Charge and cost of cleaning one carpet and Area Rug to be priced on site. At the house we heard the price to upgrade to the "Bio Treatment" and the "Maximum Protection." The cost of sending the area rug out to be cleaned was mentioned and it was a very high price. I did not think to ask how much to clean the 5x8 area rug in house since I figured it was less than the $45 for the carpet in the larger room. Time to pay - $227. I said that that was much higher than expected. But the work was done - and so we paid. Isaiah did a great job. Then I got the invoice in an email and I saw the breakdown - $80 to clean a 5x8 area rug. If I had known that I would not have had it done. I thought it would be less than the $45 for the larger room. I called, spoke to Martha and expressed my suprise and disappointment. I asked her if the company could cut the $80 in half - was told no. She was very nice and professional too.
I recommend that you have a sheet prepared for the men who actually do the work - to present to the customer so there are no surprises. I know it's variable but the customer will have a better idea of the price. From estimate to invoice - the difference was $170. That was quite a surprise.

I like the carpet cleaning ingredients that they use instead of harsh chemicals. The technicians are so polite and personable. They work very hard at their job.
The technician was professional and did a great job, no complaints about him! I was told it would cost $102 to clean two rooms (I informed Zerorez I was paying for my clients' carpet cleaning) when I scheduled the service. The day of the cleaning, my clients were given more options including protectant, the total for the two room cleaning service was $282. I should have been informed of the upselling when I scheduled since I was paying for the service and I would have placed a cap on the amount and let my clients know in advance. Since I was not informed of the additional services the day of scheduling and unbeknownst to me, the additions were offered to my client, I felt somewhat taken advantage of. I wasn't prepare to forward the additional cost to clients after offering to pay for the service.
The service worker was excellent, very friendly. However, I felt $557 was too expensive for one and a half hours of work.

The service was good and I would use you guys again if I had a different technician. I understand everyone has bad days but I’d want a tech that actually wants to be doing his job. He didn’t get close enough to the baseboards and kept looking disappointed when I kept saying that I wanted all of the hard floor and carpet done. Over the phone I said I wanted all the flooring done so that shouldn’t have been a surprise.

We recently had our office floors cleaned and Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and vinyl floors. They had a large space to cover, did it in less than two hours, and it all came out spotless!
Everything was performed as promised. Technician arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous and professional. He performed all services as promised, took great care to protect our home and furniture. Carpets look great!
