Major was fantastic. He did the best he could with an impossible tasks of some very stained and very dirty white carpets.
It did take 2 days to dry, however, not 4 hours. Luckily the house was vacant, but I would suggest a more realistic expectation on how long it takes to dry, OR take more time to eliminate excess water with the equipment.

The carpet came sooo clean! I didn’t think it could look like this again. Same with the upholstery. And the guys were really nice and polite and a pleasure to have in my home.

You guys came out and said the stains were worse than expected and that you would have to charge me more and didn't even come close to getting them out. I was telling a coworker about my experience and she said that she had the same experience with zerorez. She then gave me a number to another cleaner who got out my stains with zero problems.

Kid walked in said I needed to buy bio stuff and heavy deep cleaning for over twice the price I was quoted on the phone. When said no, then proceeds to do 3 rooms and stairs in less then 45 mins. Rushing thru. I felt the service provided was just ok, I will not be recommending a company that tries to upset like that I was quoted 176 for the service and then the rep tells me it will be 425 or so for the deep cleaning. Once I turned that down I felt he rushed thru.
The technician was incredibly professional, thorough, and explained each step of the process. And also explained any future treatments. I cannot express how happy we were after he was done. THANK YOU!
My tile floor looks great. Will was very professional and an excellent worker. He was friendly and answered all my questions about floor care. I would use Zerorez again and ask for Will! Thank you for your excellent service and especially for keeping your appointment. (So many don't want to work these days, it is hard to get help.)

The stains on my carpet are still there. I’ve used your company a few times before and was very satisfied. This time it doesn’t look any different. And I even paid extra to have the spots treated.
The carpets were hardly wet, like they are with other carpet cleaning companies. The carpets are extremely clean & very fluffy. The guys were very nice & professional.
We have been using Zerorez at our office for several years now. Our carpets get extremely dirty, and we can always see a difference, even as they are cleaning. While your tech Kevin is a great and friendly staff member, he did seem rushed in his efforts to clean my carpets.
There is a Vast improvement in how they now look, but never was I asked if I was satisfied with the results, or offered the chance to ask if he could go over some spots once again.
Perhaps due to it being a Friday afternoon, or maybe his workload was overly scheduled, leaving him no added time to manage my contract.
