Your crew was early and they got set up quickly. My carpets look wonderful, they're over 12 years old, and they are very inexpensive, but they look brand new.
The only negative was, I explained to your rep when I called to make an appointment about a doggie accident (diarrhea) in my hall, that would probably need a little elbow grease. I was quoted one price, but when your crew arrived and we discussed this issue, the price of the cleaning went up. I just wish that I had been quoted the correct price when I called in to schedule the appointment.
Otherwise, I am very happy with the results and would recommend ZEROREZ
to my friends and family.

Be more honest about your pricing. You advertise $35/room only to charge $52/room + service charge.

John was terrific and very professional. He offered some additional services for us to consider but was not pushy in any way which we appreciated. We did end up spending a little more than we originally were quoted but it was money well spent. Our carpet looks great! Would definitely recommend Zerorez for future cleanings and we will request John next time we need our carpets cleaned!

This is the second year that we have used your services and both employees were very respectful and did a great job on the carpet. This time we had Ricardo clean our couch and matching love seat. He was very informative on the work and price scheduling for the furniture. A good employee who spoke highly of his employer and the work that they do. Job well done!
The tile cleaning was not adequate. Some grout remains dirty, interior corners were not cleaned, and excess water was left on the floor.
I like that soap and harmful chemicals are not used.

Zak treated two carpeted bedrooms as well as all exposed tile in the main living area of our small condo and we are so impressed! His expertise and care restored our 26 yr old home to its brand-new-build status. Highly recommend!!
Service very good. Have a couple small areas that did not completely clean. But overall a good job. The mattress cleaning was superior.

The two guys came in friendly & smiling, when I turned down the extras they were pitching, $35 more per room, they became all business & were indifferent & wanted to get out of there, they were gone in 30 minutes. Also they did not do a good job, Because the rooms (the 3 of them) were wet I could only see from the doorway. 3 hours later when I walked into the rooms I found spots that they did not remove, I went in with "resolve" & a rag & removed the spots myself. service was poor & not worth the pricw
The guy who came to my door was so unfriendly that I almost didn’t let him in. He didn’t warm up either. Probably said about 4 words. His work seems fine but he seemed borderline hostile to me. He also left equipment behind which is still in my garage.

This was my 3rd time using Zerorez, and very happy with each service. My technician was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job, took his time and made sure I was happy with each room. He cleaned up after the work and was very courteous. This is a great company, and I definitely recommend.

The service is the best I’ve ever had. Recommendation are made as to what the technician feels is best for your situation but they don’t “twist your arm”. Best of all your carpet looks great and is dry in the time frame they tell you. Have to give a shout out to the tech Derek, he is the ultimate professional!!!
The customer service and the cleaning is always consistent. I hope that owner values the wonderful employees that we schedule with and those who come to our homes and do such a wonderful job! However, in this employment climate I seriously doubt it!
