We were very pleased with the job performed. Initially their truck broke down but we were informed immediately with an estimated time of arrival. Michael was very conscientious and took pride in his work. Maybe a little pricey but well worth it.

My tenant made the carpet so dirty that I thought I have to change the carpet but zerorez cleaned it very well. It looks like new carpet right now.
Pricing on rooms (10x10) with furniture in place. Consider reducing the price based on available sq footage that will be cleaned.
Honestly? Cory the gentleman who cleaned our carpets, white (oy vey) sofa, tile always prompt, diligent attention to detail, careful of our home, and excellent results.
We liked TJ as he gave us a solid price without any games. In the past, Zerorez has gotten a bad reputation for unreliable pricing. We are planning on asking for TJ the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

I really didn't think my carpets would come clean. Between pets, sand and dirt and tracking I as very skeptical. But my carpet looks amazing. I was even considering replacing it but not now. I would recommend this company 100%.....

The quality of the Zerorez product is superb. I am 75 years old and have used a lot of different carpet cleaners over the years. No one comes close to Zerorez. Most stains come out with no extra work. Tough high-traffic, trouble areas for my carpets are no longer trouble for me. Zerorez does the job. Plus no nasty chemical smell and my carpets dry MUCH quicker than with any previous services. All that and their prices are less than most! Also, my service guy was very cheerful, respectful and helpful. (Forgive me for forgetting his name.) I will never again use any other carpet cleaning service. THANK YOU, ZEROREZ!
