Michael is such a hard worker and kind
The quality of service is excellent. However, the price for the service is starting to be a concern. $219 to $301 for same service as previous year. Also had a coupon special. Will have to consider other options for future cleanings. I would appreciate a response as to whether there was an error in this year's charge.
Tracey was a terrific tech! He explained exactly what he was doing, made some suggestions and was very thorough with cleaning.

Figure out how to to get your prices down a bit. I only had it done because I am disabled and did not have much choice. I have used you before and it wasn't near that expensive. It seemed a bit expensive for 500 square feet
Very polite good job but have one spot concerned about
I have only used Zerorez since I moved into my current house, six years. I have 2 toddler grandchildren and they are worse than having a pet. They are very messy. I posted before and after pictures on facebook and will always use Zerorez. I can never believe the great way my carpets look after you guys have been in to clean.

I had read good reviews about the quality compared to other companies, but the lead tech, Will was his name, made this the best Carpet or cleaning service ever. Will took pride in his employment with zer Rez and walked through each room to discuss what he saw and what he could promise would be exceptional and What might need extra care and everything turned out great. The cleaning and service by both crew members was exceptional.
