I was pleased with the result.
No chemicals- love the orange & lemon smell-safe for pets-the suction was great which pulled the water out & cut the drying time.
Steven did a great job explaining the process and answering my questions. His partner, Ethan gets everything set up and together they get the job done. I was totally satisfied with their work and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called at 9 and Major was here by 12!! Carpets always look wonderful after cleaned and the fresh smell is a nice change from chemicals. I never use anyone else!!
I called Zerorez to clean the carpets in my rental house and was the easiest transactions I have done. They did a really good job. Very Satisfied with the outcome.
You have cleaned my carpets/tile/rugs for several years. The various previous operators gave me some price breaks because one of my rugs covers the entire room. This year the guy did not and the cost was greatly increased. I will go with Stanley Steamer next time as they too counted my rug as a room.
Pet smells do not come out completely. They need to come up with a better solution for removing pet smells as much as possible.

The products used were great! I needed some extra help due to dog urine spots and after the cleaning no more smell or allergy reaction to the chemicals used which was wonderful as I have terrible allergies! The dry time was good as well only a few 2-4 hrs and I was able to get my house back in order! Will definitely recommend and use their carpet cleaning services again !

On time and a good price
Love that the cleaning is done with zero chemicals and we can actually see the dirt being sucked out from the carpets. We always use Zerorez to clean our office carpets, and everyone is always so excited to have Zerorez come by.
