Company I have used for three years. They are reliable, do a great job and employees who come to my house are always great! But the last two times, they give me a quote over phone and then when then get to my house, the cleaning is almost double what they
Quoted over phone! I have given a very accurate description of size, any stains soils etc before they arrive and it feels like once they arrive this is their opportunity to up charge.
Price was good though I did think the grout cleaning was expensive

I have been using ZeroRez for some years now. I always find the technicians to be good at what they do, personable, and seem to really care about doing an excellent job. The prices are fair, the carpets look beautiful after a cleaning and dry quickly. There is no soapy residue left behind to re-attract dirt. What's not to like?

Good service
We are returning customers because of the food experience we had the last time we had the carpets cleaned. We were able to schedule within a day of when we wanted the cleaning, and we were advised when our tech, Kanoa, was on his way. The site was quickly inspected & the cleaning was performed; three rooms & hallway done in under an hour! Kanoa was very professional with his interaction with us & in the performing of his task!
Good job but it seemed wetter than usual and took a much longer time to dry.
This is my 2nd time using the service. Always so easy to schedule. The customer service reps and technicians are always great to deal with!

Zerorez arrived on time and the tech was polite. The floor (carpet) was cleaned super fast. I would recommend Zerorez for cleaning if you want it done right the first time. I had my floor cleaned a year ago by them and the cleaning has held up.
