We have had Zerorez clean our upholstery and rugs for several years. We like the process they use which restores the original look and dries more quickly than we've experienced with other companies.
The workmen are efficient and cordial. They inspect the items to be cleaned, and give you an actual estimate for their services rather than an approximate cost.
I wouldn't use any other company than Zerorez.

On-time, friendly service,. Reminder system for upcoming appointment. Did a wonderful job cleaning light beige carpets!
On the tile cleaning, most of the corners were missed! I had to clean them. With the carpet, many many places were very wet! Had to run fan in house to get them dry! Started the carpet cleaning at 8 o’clock in the morning and by 8 o’clock at night. It still wasn’t dry! Today once it was dry, I had to vacuum it over and over in order to get the carpet re-fluffed. I have very plush carpet that is only a year old! Many places on the carpet felt almost crunchy! So that is why I had to vacuum over and over it to get it fluffed back up!

Michael and Daniel were excellent. They went over the house, made a couple suggestions and the work was completed in a little over an hour for six rooms of carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned for about 2+ years, and looked great when they were finished. The guys were very professional along with a sense of humor. Would highly recommend Zerorez.
