I love how my carpets FEEL clean. There's not that "shampoo crunchy" that you get with others. And with 4 dogs, my carpets stay clean looking AND smelling!!! OH!! And we have that carpet with a small design throughout. Zerorez doesn't ruin that design; matter of fact, the design is "new" again. EVERY TIME. And we use them 2 times a year-Fall and Spring.

Professional and efficient service
My wife and I have used Zerorez for several years, for our home. I recently contracted with Zerorez for a commercial job and could not be happier with the service. The folks doing the job were polite, thorough, and left the 900 sq ft carpet cleaner than it's been in years.

Personally the best thing you have going for you is you rep who cleaned my carpet on Feb. 9th. Tracy was extremely courteous and did not waste time. He is very efficient and respectful. I figure all carpeting cleaning companies uses recommended chemical products so the difference is the individual doing the job. Consider your company very lucky to have Tracy representing you business.
Will does a great job
Great technology using safe products that really cleans carpet stains. Customer service was very professional. prompt and informative. The cleaning guys called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were on time, courteous, efficient, and did a great job.

I was so happy to have TJ as our tech. I have had him before and he strives to do a great job. He is willing to tackle all problems. This time it was lipstick on the carpet. My carpets look so nice and clean.
You're grossly overcharging me. I can get the same service from a place that specializes in oriental carpets for $100 less. I'll pay what I agreed to pay, but I'll make sure people know about your pricing.
I liked the fact that the technician didn’t try to add on any services like pre treatment etc. We have used other services and they constantly want to make you add on extra services.
They did a good job.
Please make sure the technicians triple check each room that a service is requested for is actually completed. The issue was fixed but I still had to take time out of my day to have the missed room rescheduled and had to change my own plans. Other than that, they did a great job.

Staff and Service is excellent!
The Technician showed me old urine pet drains and said he’d concentrate on them, which I don’t think he did because I checked with my black light and can still see them.
I like how it dries faster than most other cleaning companies products. The smell of the cleaning solution is also not as strong.
