He took his time and the carpets came out really clean. He did an exceptional job, a very knowledgeable and kind young man. He is an asset to your company. He's a hard worker.

There was pet stains and I know he tried his best but there was residue and my carpet felt super crunchy after he left. I ended up having to buy my own Hoover carpet cleaner and doing it on my own cleaning. Now it’s much better and I ended up picking up whatever you guys left behind. It was really gross. No offense to you guys at all. I wish I had a better report but it was such an awful job done on my carpets. I won’t ask for my money back because I know he showed up and did his best but nope. It wasn’t good at all. It was literally a waste of my money. You might want to add asking if pet stains are there to begin with so your guys show up more prepared. Good luck to you and your business.
