I have used Zerorez multiple times along with other cleaning companies and after they left there was a smell of a wet a dog (I have never had this before) and there were spots that didn't come clean. When they left, I used my hand held cleaner and they came right up. I have never had this happen before. While I appreicate it took them under 30 minutes, I just feel like it was not the best job.

Love that Zerorez doesn’t use harsh chemicals so it doesn’t leave a residue. Tech was sent to wrong place but he called to keep me updated so I’d know when he’d arrive. He was very polite and professional. When finished, he had me check itto be sure I was pleased with the outcome. Service was to clean a sectional sofa which my dogs love to call their own. It came out fantastic!

Effectiveness good customer service
Price quoted was not the correct price! Paid almost triple original quote! Additional service on products were high! If I didn’t need the carpet cleaning by end of week I would have declined additional cleaning! Technician keep changing prices as the job was done! I am in the process of writing a complete dissatisfied letter!

Absolutely wonderful service. The secretary who took my order, and also the gentleman that came to clean my Mother's carpet were so nice and cheerful. The carpets came out so clean and with no residue that is usually left after cleaning. We will only use Zerorez in the future.
