The guy that cleaned our carpets was awesome. He was friendly, informative, and talked me through the prices before starting. He was very transparent and took the time to stop between rooms to double check that the carpet looked like I needed. He gave me cleaning tips and made sure I was careful not to trip on the hoses or slipped on wet tile. NICE JOB!

Service tech seemed to rush and not do a thorough job. Carpet left not looking so great.
