The couch was not cleaned well at all. We keep the couch covered with throw blankets and when I took them off to wash them the stains were all visible again.
I didn’t like how Tim tried to up-charge everything saying that it probably won’t get clean. I told him that last time I paid over $300.00 and it didn’t get clean then the guy had to come back. But guess what, when another guy came back it got clean? That’s why I decided to use Zerorez again. But again, the stains are still there in the living room only. I am not happy.
My floors always look great. Ricardo, did such a great job, was friendly and efficient. So happy with how carpet and tile look.
Did a great job removing pet stains and stubborn cat spray odor. The tech was super nice, very educated about his work, gave great explanations about what he would do, worked very quickly and went above and beyond helping me move things to get the maximum cleaning area possible to eliminate odors. And the price couldn’t be beaten.

Great customer service and quality work
Extremely easy to setup an appointment and when the tech arrived, did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned. Didn't pressure me into any additional treatments but gave me detailed information on what each treatment would help with. I ended up getting 2 additional treatments performed and also included another area to be cleaned. Tech was thorough and extremely professional. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

1. Techs should probably show up at the time job was scheduled.
2. Explain what the procedure will entail.
3. I still had to vacuum after the had vacuumed.
We like the clean solution and quality of service. We are always able to get scheduled timely. Although we have never had the same technician twice, the ones we have had are polite, take the time to confirm servir and point out any problem area solutions.

This is my second time using Zerorex and again I am very happy. My experience with Zerorex was great from start to finish. Staff booked the appointment, gave an estimate for the carpet, called to remind me a few days prior and Victor S called when he was 30 minutes out. He explained the process, made some suggestions, and quoted us a fair price on the area rugs. Victor took the time to protect our furniture and walls from any scuffs from the hose. The carpets look amazing! I wasn’t sure about the area from the garage entry but even that one is spotless. Victor told us about the tile cleaning service and how to better take care of our grout. We will be calling to set an appointment for the tile very soon. Victor S and Zerorex were excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our carpet looks brand new. The process that is used is superior. No soap residue and fast dry time. Technician was very friendly and explained the process along the way. Would highly recommend.
