I realize the carpet will be wet when your technician departs but it was much wetter than any previous visit. Favian was quite pleasant in handling this visit but perhaps rushed this job to get done and on to the next job.

Professional service with great cleaning products used. The gentleman who cleaned our Carpet named Ricky, explained everything very clear before the cleaning and did an above and beyond job!
You offer sales and discounts but then have arbitrary fees that "equal up" so that you make the money you want. If I had the time, my own carpet cleaner worked well, but I cannot move it as fast as your equipment. I wonder if this is something that should be done even for commercial carpet cleaners.
