I have no suggestions to improve your service because it was top notch and the technician was excellent. The reason for my 7 rating is I think $35.00 per room for protection spray was really exorbitant. I paid the extra for three rooms (1000 square feet total)solely on you technician’s assurance that it would definitely benefit the carpet. One of my son’s has a family room that is 1080 square feet. Would that room only cost $35.00? I will call you this time next year ( hopefully) for service because I believe you are the best. Name removed.

We have used the services twice and Steve was the guy and did a great job. It is done fast and they are very careful of the walls and door frames. Carpet doesn’t take long to dry and it looks great. I have referred them on the next door app.
ZeroRez is the best rug cleaners ever, the gentleman who I always ask for his name is Zack, he is very informative and gives you ideas on how to clean certain areas especially when you have dogs. My carpets are so clean and look like new.
