My tile floors look beautiful! The technician was on time, effeicient and friendly. I originally just wanted a room of carpet cleaned but ended up doing my tile as well when he showed me what he could. Very happy.

We had a great experience. Tracey called ahead and showed up on time. He walked the house with me and made sure he knew what we wanted. He was quick and workmanlike, very professional. Done in good time. The carpet was dryer than we’ve had before with other companies.
We will use Zerorez again, and hopefully Tracey will be our man again.

Derrick kept us informed of his arrival time, expanded the area to be cleaned when we asked him to add another room at the last minute, and left the house smelling fresh and clean! I didn’t realize how much dust in the carpet affects the smell of the whole house. Thank you, ZeroRez!

Service tech was friendly and professional. I was scheduled for an appointment on a Friday. I received a call that they would be arriving around 5-5:30pm. I got a call after 7pm stating that they had to cancel and someone would call me to reschedule. I had to end up calling on Saturday to reschedule. Someone did come that day. Carpet looks great.

After discussing my small dog in the background, my cleaning rep asked if I had any pet stains. I told him I might, but were small, and pointed out 3-4 small spots in my living room. (I have a pomeranian). He then said he could smell them. I would suggest refraining from telling a 1st time or repeat customer, that you can smell their pet stains/urine, which there was no odor. Working in retail, I understand and expect other products or services as an upsell and sm not opposed. He offered a pet stain/deterrent for an additional $35, which I accepted. However, he doesn't have to suggest he can smell an odor to convince me in additional products. Just a suggestion for training.
I think my best answer is I made a phone call and someone answered, no answering machine, a live person and made the appointment with me. Normally, certain types of businesses use an answering service or voicemail and then the message gets lost.
It was nice to speak to someone and make the appointment. The gentlemen that came to my house was timely and courteous and my carpet dried fast and looks great! I will definitely recommend ZeroRez Las Vegas to my family and friends. Thank you!
