I love the fact that they added a treatment which helped so much for the next time cleaning. The carpet looked sooo goood.
Every time I have used Zerorez my final charge is always much higher than what I was quoted on the phone. This time I was quoted around $350.00 and I was charged $652.00? The tech offered a deep cleaning around #650.00. but was charged much more than that!
The scheduling was fast, the employee who arrived took great care by placing booties on his shoes. He assisted me in protecting (covering the stairs and railing to ensure no damage was done to the wood) and working fast but efficient.
We have been using Zerorez Las Vegas for years, and have nothing but great experiences.

We had a great experience with zero rez. We have three dogs and had some small pet spots and general wear on high traffic area especially the stairs. Our carpets look brand new! I was very impressed with the professionalism from when I called the company to schedule, to relaying when my tech would arrive within the window, to actual service itself. Our tech was extremely thorough. We were so impressed we ended up adding an additional area rug. Our carpets look brand new and we loved the price point.

The tech did such an excellent job, and of course, I like not having that sticky shampoo left in the carpet. But once again, Kudos to the tech for his excellent work on my yucky carpets!
When the gentlemen that came out to do the estimate for my sectional couch and area rug. He gave me a certain price which I agreed to. When a different person came out to do the job, he didn’t clean the whole couch and said that the base wasn’t included in the job. I was not notified that the couch was broken down for different pricing. So I was less to believe different and when I called to let tour company know, they felt a little bad but did not try to make it right in any way.

The team that came to our home for an estimate did a great job in assessing our two area rugs for cleaning. I felt that I could trust their judgment and I agreed to have them take our silk rug to be cleaned and had them clean our wool area rug that same day. They were quick and the looks and feels good. I can't wait to see how the Persian rug comes out!
