I have an older home and the carpet is slowly breaking down so Zerrez has brought it back to life a few times so thankful.
This is the first time for the tile and great job things got a bit expensive as I did add an area rug was hoping for a repeat customer discount but maybe next time

The customer service was great. I advised that there was a dog pee smell in a closet and the smell is still strong. Even after “upgrading” to use the special chemical. Also the pricing is set up horrible. 3 bedrooms cost less than an 88sq ft area rug!? $105 vs $132. Didn’t seem right. But like I stated earlier everyone was nice and pleasant to talk to but the carpet cleaning didn’t even vacuum the carpet. There was still debris I.e. little pebbles, dog fur. Don’t believe we’ll be using this service again

Excellent service and professional people
The whole experience from start to finish was informative, professional, and fast service. This was the 2nd time using them and will continue to use them in the future.
No chemicals. No crunchy rugs after it dries
Overall technician did a good job. He did go a little on the fast side and I thought that the hallway carpet edge could've been better. There was also some damage to my wood floor that left a ring impression but I was able to cover that up with a brown wood marker and I am going to probably replace all the flooring so I wasn't that mad about it. Other than a few minor things I was pretty happy with everything. Your company was certainly a lot better than some others I had in here.
Zerorez is the only company that we will use to do our floors, carpet cleaning and to clean our office chairs. They are always so easy to work with, very flexible with our work schedule and they have the best customer service in town. The quality of the work they do is amazing and they are leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors.

Wonderful on-time (actually early) arrival. Our technician, Joey was knowledgeable, professional and a truly pleasant person to work with. He didn't waste any time and did a great job taking care of the carpeted areas in our home. Will definitely be calling them back to do our duct work in a few weeks.
