The tech was great, friendly, worked hard but the cat urine smell returned as soon as the carpet dried. I’m not sure what can be done to make it right.

The first time you guys came out, the carpet looked awesome. This time was very quick and not nearly as clean. I was disappointed in the quality maybe it was because of the coupon for the $99 dollars

Doesn't seem any cleaner. The high traffic area looks no different, and tech even noticed it's newer carpet. Didn't move any small furniture items to clean under. My wife offered to move her 5×5 glass office chair mat for Tracey to clean under, he said " it looked clean enough". And my wife even tipped him 20 bucks. Please refund me . I may just try to charge back in my card if you don't. I don't want you to try to come over and try to fix it. I've already contacted Carpet Monkey, whom we used before, and loved. Our realtor suggested you guys, and she'll be getting an earful. Nanette Verdin is her name.

Whatever cleaning agent was used left my tile floor dull wherever it sprayed away from the sofa and left a trail going out through my entry. I’ve gone over and over it with a swifter wet jet and it’s not going away. Please let me know how to get it off my floor.

TJ did an awesome job! I thought I might have to replace my carpet due to several accidents from a pair of sick dogs, but TJ got it looking brand new!
I am happy with my clean carpet ! But I will say that your offer of $112 ($99) did end up
over $200 but after moving all my furniture (I am 87 years old) I really did not want it to
look the same as before so it seemed that I needed to have a number of extra types of

The people that went to do the 3 rooms loft and stairs were only there for 25 mins they did a horrible job carpet is not clean and smells wet. I would like someone different to go clean the carpet the right way.

Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Major had great energy and amazing customer service! Aside from the customer service, the best part about our carpet cleaning service was the pet cleaning solution that he used. It made the entire house smell fantastic.
