Victor was amazing. Very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions even when may have been silly. Explained in detail what he was doing and why. He even went over a couple of spots I thought were not cleaned and explained about wear and tear and the way fabric moves is a certain direction. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job. They came on time and told me their names. They got right to seeing what need to be done. Got what was needed and went right to work. Never stopped till they had cleaned up everything. I am very happy with both Zax and Eric and will ask for them when I need your services again.
The best thing is the fact that you don't use soap, so there is no residue left in the carpet.
My last visit was technician Tracy, he was very efficient,.He was very personable and did excellent work!
You sent the same person out. Of course he isn't going to say he did a terrible job. He also wasn't honest. We do not deal with dishonesty.

This was the second time I used Zerorez for the same issue, cat urine on the couch. Both times the employees were great, the service was great, the attention to detail was great. Last year the smell was completely gone after the cleaning. This time it was faded but not gone. Understandably, cat urine is a challenge. However, Zerorez set the bar high the first time by eliminating the odor. I wish I could say the same this time. I was just a bit disappointed with that, and with the additional āsalesmanā tactics.
He was wonderful. He came back on Tuesday to resolve issue. This is one of the reason I love your company and the fact my 18 year old carpet looks like new. I love it!

Although my technician was friendly, charging someone an extra $100 for a few feet of hose is extremely excessive and ridiculous!!! NOBODY has ever said this was a possibility and yāall have been here numerous times. The previous technicians were awesome.

I've used your service several times before this visit. The fee for cleaning an area was always $30-$39 per area. When the technician arrived on May 2nd to clean the same carpets that I previously had cleaned he quoted a price approximately 3 times what I had previously paid. He stated the reason being is that the carpets were not wall to wall. He stated that the price for area rugs was different. I explained that no one ever told me that and how would I know since I have always paid per area. The carpets cleaned are much smaller than any wall to wall carpet and did not require any furniture to be moved. Your technician was here less than hour. I would never want to pay over three hundred dollars for less than an hours work to essentially vacuum a rug with water and solvent. Especially since I had not been charged that rate by your company before. Since the tech was here I had the carpet cleaned. As before I was satisfied with the work but not the price. I do nor have any pets or children. There are no stairs to climb and my carpets aren't excessively dirty. I have them cleaned regularly . Although I have been satisfied with the cleaning g process I am dissatisfied with how I was charged.
