carpets were still wet 24 hours later and we had 5 ceiling fans and four other fans circulating air with the thermostat set at 71 degrees. When carpet was finally dry we vacuumed to 'lift the nap' and hope the traffic area dirt would be gone but it wasn't, it is more obvious. $187.00 plus a tip for 45 minutes to do 5 rooms, three of which were berooms.
My wife is very fussy and she likes the tile job Zach did,she says "it looks like new"!
I was not happy with the attitude of the gentleman that came to my home. I was given a quote over the phone of $249, after this guy walked around my home, bragging about how he’s a trainer in the company, he tells me it’s going to be almost $700 to clean my carpets! He was almost argumentative! It was unpleasant and very uncomfortable. I suggest he gets training on his attitude before walking into another home!!!!!

Good afternoon.
I had my tile cleaned, and it looks amazing. My issue is..... The last time my tile was cleaned, by Zerorez, the price was $350. This time, for the same area plus one bathroom, the price was $692 and that’s after a $357 “ Nice customer“ discount. Otherwise, without the discount the cost would’ve been over $1000. IIn other words, three times more than prior. There seems to be inconsistencies with the technicians and pricing. I have an appointment to have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez on Tuesday the 24th, I was given a quote over the phone that includes a free pet stain treatment, I hope the end price does not end up being more than due to suggested extra work that needs to be done to treat my carpets. I'm so glad I chose Zerorez for my residential carpet cleaning here in Las Vegas. The Technician who came out to my home was extremely professional, very personable, polite and quite charming, to say nothing of how hard and focused he worked. Courteous, Clean, knowledgeable technician. Our technician, Kanoa, was very patient answering all our concerns and questions. He even came a bit early, which was a first and much appreciated.
Our carpets came out cleaner and feeling softer than from any other carpet cleaner we have had in the past.

This time I got my entire house done carpeting and tile even area rug. Always well worth it, and highly recommended!
We appreciate the lack of chemicals and the softness of the end product. Previously, we've ended up with crunchy carpeting. Don't like that.
Ethan worked really hard to get our unexpected cat "issue" under control. He was friendly and natural and I'd ask for him again. So would the dog. Still not sue what the cat was angry about.
The 30 day guarantee is a relief and hopefully, we'll never have to use it.
Carpet cleaning is one of my least favorite household chores and you make it less unpleasant.

Traffic area dint clean dint use any spot cleaner for stained area. When asked he says carpet is worn it’s only 4years old. We used stanly steamer before and made it look much cleaner. Floor cleaning is very expensive 4 rooms and stairs and kitchen costed me 700+
We were very happy with the service and our tech. When we use you again we would like the same tech , a credit to your company . We would recommend Zero Rez and tech Will G. To all our friends and family.
