Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have never been requested to vacuum my carpets prior to cleaning. Other companies have done so. Also, there was overspray of water on my hard flooring and your technician did not stop me from mopping up. You would have thought that he would have offered to do that for me and requested that I stop. All other companies we have used in the past raked the carpet before leaving, I had to ask for it to be done and the technician did not seem happy about doing it. He was also quite rough when he raked around my coffee table, knocking it several times.

I’ve never been disappointed in the past but my bathroom floor was filthy. I do not allow shoes upstairs and my bathroom floor is always clean of debris & dirt. After he left, he was nice… I had to clean my floors & I never had such dirt. Very disappointing bc that’s the place I like the most clean. Stepping out of shower to a dirty floor is not cool. Also lots of streaks on the tile.

Price ended up being more than I expected but I am extremely pleased with the results!!

After gone, I realized in our bedroom, there was a whole area obviously missed. Not 10 min later, I walked in and looked. Hard substance in our carpet 😔 no very satisfying. They literally were in and out in 30 min. Now I know why

We moved all the furniture and vacuumed good and cleaned the corners & baseboards. They was promptly on time and I think his name was Steven walked the area with me and I pointed out the trouble areas.
Steven started upstairs and worked his way down the stairs. His helper was texting on his phone and kept checking his phone.
I stepped into the backyard for a minute and when I returned the helper ( I think his name was Zack) was cleaning my downstairs but in a big hurry still checking his phone and finished up quickly. I gave the area a quick check and thought it looked good! But as it started to dry the downstairs living was showing how badly it was done. In fact my wife & daughter rented a carpet cleaner and worked all day on cleaning the poor job that we got from your company.
The upstairs hallway & stairs looked beautiful and needed nothing! But the downstairs was rushed and looked horrible. I mean it really looked bad.
We heard such good reviews and was really excited to use zerorez but this turned out to be a huge disappointment.
I demand a refund for such poor workmanship..
I should have went with the company I’ve used for the last 15 years but I heard such great stories about Zerorez but ill learned a lesson and will never hire you again.
No I would not refer Zerorez to anyone…

My carpet looks great and smells good. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have used Zerorez many times in the past ten years.

Efficiency, promptness & thoroughness of services.

I was disappointed with the outcome. My technician told me the carpet would dry MUCH sooner than it actually did(I slept downstairs on my sofa cause the upstairs carpet was wet). He also said the carpet would be soft but it was very crunchy and a darker color until walk upon. Also I paid just as much to do a small area of tile as 3 bedrooms of carpet (moved no furniture basically just a fraction of upstairs was cleaned) and I saw no difference in the color of the grout. Yes of course it felt clean but I also felt I had to do it given the dirty hoses that was brought into my home.
Technician was very nice. He is a very good salesperson. A basic cleaning of $232 ended up being $632 with a very large tip. I felt a little taken advantage of. I’m a cancer survivor who was having a very bad day. Wilbur was lovely but again a very good salesperson. I hate to complain but…

It was easy to book online, the tech was able to come early which worked out. He did a great job on cleaning the carpet and also protected our walls inside. I will for sure use them again.
