The guy who came to my door was so unfriendly that I almost didn’t let him in. He didn’t warm up either. Probably said about 4 words. His work seems fine but he seemed borderline hostile to me. He also left equipment behind which is still in my garage.

This was my 3rd time using Zerorez, and very happy with each service. My technician was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job, took his time and made sure I was happy with each room. He cleaned up after the work and was very courteous. This is a great company, and I definitely recommend.
The team members was very good. Much better than the last person. Carpets look great.

The service is the best I’ve ever had. Recommendation are made as to what the technician feels is best for your situation but they don’t “twist your arm”. Best of all your carpet looks great and is dry in the time frame they tell you. Have to give a shout out to the tech Derek, he is the ultimate professional!!!
The customer service and the cleaning is always consistent. I hope that owner values the wonderful employees that we schedule with and those who come to our homes and do such a wonderful job! However, in this employment climate I seriously doubt it!

Technician arrived early, explained the process, made some recommendations, executed the plan and cleaning and finished on time. I thought Zack did a great job. I did get up sold and paid more than I was expecting to but that was fine, the carpet looks much better now.
I apologize for being so slow to comment on our Zerorez service call. It's been a rather hectic few weeks since our floors were cleaned. :)
I was extremely pleased with the entire process, including scheduling a day for the service. Wil G and the other technician, (I'm sorry, but I don't recall his name), were very friendly and very efficient, and they did an excellent job! I also very much appreciated the free shower tile cleaning and the free service call!
I was interested in your company because I prefer not to use chemicals in my home whenever possible, and I use a steam mop to clean my tile floors, so it seemed to be a perfect match!

My carpets look and feel great. The technician was kind, helpful, and efficient.
The service was terrific. Steven was very informative about the different services and why this company is better and separate from the others. When steven left, my house smelled and looked better. I can tell the difference with Zerorez cleaning. I would say Zerorez is the best and quick; it took about 40 minutes to clean three rooms. Steven was very efficient. I will definitely be calling them back to clean my carpet next year. I am glad I called Zerorez. Thank you.
The Technician did a wonderful job and I was happy with the service.

Technician was courteous and professional, carpets looked great afterwards. There was a spot on the carpet that we thought would be troublesome to get out (fruit punch), but the pretreatment and steaming got it all!

The two guys came in friendly & smiling, when I turned down the extras they were pitching, $35 more per room, they became all business & were indifferent & wanted to get out of there, they were gone in 30 minutes. Also they did not do a good job, Because the rooms (the 3 of them) were wet I could only see from the doorway. 3 hours later when I walked into the rooms I found spots that they did not remove, I went in with "resolve" & a rag & removed the spots myself. service was poor & not worth the pricw
