Tech was very courteous and arrived early. He did call first. I like that the carpets are not soaked and there is no residue left on the carpets. Very nice job!

I rated your company a 7 due to the price you charge to clean tile. 500 Sq ft would have cost me $700! I cannot afford that, so reduced the area I had cleaned. I won't be using your company to clean my floors again.

Amazing service! we’ve used a couple other companies for our carpet cleaning before but Zerorez has been the best so far. No odor, quick dry time, and customer service was friendly.
My carpets were cleaned at 8 AM yesterday morning but they’re still damp. I’m not sure what you could do to fix that. They seem to be very clean and I appreciate that. The two gentlemen that did my carpets were very kind polite and nice. The stairs and hallway only took them 15 minutes. Maybe if they spent a little more time soaking up any water they sprayed out it wouldn’t be so damp. Then again, maybe it’s just because it’s winter time. I didn’t expect my carpets to be this wet for so long $200 is a lot of money to pay for wet carpets that smell moldy.

The black marks on my stairs that were made the last time zerorez was at my home are still there. The carpet is extremely “stiff” and it doesn’t look clean.
The upstairs bedroom was not fully cleaned. The one side of the bedroom was completely untouched!
After 18 hours my carpets were still not dry. We finally had to leave our home to wait for them to dry. Your technician charged us more than the original price that we agreed on.

I was a little hesitant to use Zerorez because I’ve been using the same company for years. However, my daughter in law really likes the work they do so I called. My carpet and rug look great! The technician who came out was very helpful. I appreciated how he explained what he was doing and listened to my concerns. I’m so glad we had the carpets cleaned by zerorez before we moved in, as apparently whoever lived here before had the carpets cleaned with a traditional method, aka lots of soap residue. The carpets feel much softer and fresher now.
