I am a first-time customer using Zerorez carpet cleaning service on 11/14 and I was very disappointed in the service along with the technician Will.
My order was captured online showing 6 rooms, 1 hallway and 16 stairs.
Technician conducted a new assessment due to my oversize bedroom and I agreed to the additional cost then technician started up selling products. I agreed to the pet product.
Technician started service and failed to service two rooms. I asked why and he stated I said no to those rooms when that was not true. I stated one room no service in a different location. I felt the technician should have gone over each room confirming yes to service. Instead the Technician stated he has to re-assess the cost again. At this point I did not want the pet product and asked to remove the cost. Technician stated he already started so I was now locking into the new price quote of $523.
I stated my budget was $400.
The technician was argumentative, and we debated back and forth on what I agreed to which was not professional and I feel disrespected in my own house.
I stated to the technician that I will pay the $523 and will never use this service again.
I left and had my husband handle the technician until he left. I was not impressed with the service as one of the rooms was still dirty and I didn't see a difference. I called with my concerns and hopefully a new professional technician will return tomorrow 11/16.
The original order was $377, onsite the cost increased to $412 to $523. I notice after the service my invoice showed $480 something however that's not the quote given onsite after all of the unnecessary negotiating.
I will never use this company in the future.
Our technician, Major, was knowledgeable about the upholstery cleaning process and answered all our questions. We loved his energy and the way he engaged in conversation. He arrived with a great smile and enthusiasm for getting the job done. He made sure we were satisfied with the results before he left. We will definitely call on zerorez again.
The carpet comes out clean and dries within a few hours.
Straight forward. You did what you said you would do. Carpeting looks great. Worker who came to the house was polite and engaging.

The carpet in the room does not look clean at all. It still has many of the stains from before it was supposedly clean. The room and stairs have a very weird and bad smell after they were treated by the company.
Honestly I could have done a better job by renting a machine from a big box store.
When the technician was here he basically said it would be easier to change the carpet and kept upselling other products. The technician spend 10 minutes at the most in the one room and less than 45 minutes total.
The quality of the service was definitely not worth the price and hassle.
