Tracy F came out was on time, courteous and very professional. The last time we had ZEROREZ come out they left the carpet so wet we had to leave for 2 days to let it dry. We would love to have Tracy F back next time. It is clean and actually dried so we could spend the evening and night at home.
Friendly, efficient staff (Ricardo) took the time to assess the composition of each rug to ensure the correct way to clean it and then did the job quickly. I appreciated the notification of when he was en route. Great job and will be bringing him back soon for the floor.

The area rugs look much cleaner and brighter. We had our own 12' x16' plastic tarp to spread out in the garage to make it easier for Daniel to clean all 6 area rugs at once. It would have been great if he had a tarp in the ZeroRez truck and could have offered to use the company tarp with the cleaning service.
Want to compliment Corey. He was so nice, and extremely knowledgeable! I learned a lot about carpets that I never knew before. We discussed tile and grout cleaning as well...that will be my next home project. Meanwhile, thanks for arranging my carpet cleaning service so quickly!
