Angel was fast and efficient. He went over different options offered and made recommendations on how we can maintain the quality of our carpet. Overall we are very pleased and happy with Zerorez. Definitely keeping their number on file.

The white Berber carpet came out amazing, and it was extremely dirty and stained. The best part was Wilbur Guevara was exceptionally professional and personal. He knew his products and services it was able to clearly explain their value in a relatable way. Scheduling was easy. Execution was flawless. Results exceed expectations.

Of course, every company I have ever used has tried to upsell me, and provide additional services at extra cost. In this respect, this company is no different. So the final bill was more than expected, but the work was done quickly, and the results were satisfactory.
I’ve used ZEROREZ 3 times so far and this last visit left my wife speechless. Richie our service person really worked a miracle! He was able to get our entry and other high traffic area back to original color and our pet imperfections as well. Very awesome job!!! Definitely keeping me as a customer!

Was hired for removal of pet stain, was charged $142 for one room and stains were not removed. They came back out, he did a proper treatment, said the first treatment was not right. When he left I could still see the stains and when wiping with paper towel, carpet was soaked and urine was still coming up with paper towel. Over priced, when making reservation it was advertised $35 a room...somehow that turned into $142, with a job not done.

Services were great. I’ve tried multiple ways to clean my tile and grout with no success. But when Zerorez came to the rescue, I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
I have only used zero res and have nothing to compare it to. I am happy with zero res.
Hired them to clean my mom's 15 yr old carpet which had lots of pet stains. Though they didn't get it perfect which was expected with the condition it was in they did get it real close. I would say it was 1000% better. The two guys that showed up were on time, very respectful and professional. I'm glad I chose Zerorez.
Excellent Service, our carpet is original to the house as far as we know we are the 3rd owners house built in 2001. Our technician was Major, he was right on time explained the process and did an excellent job. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work and he does. He got stains out of the carpets that have resisted other carpet cleanings. We also had him clean our travertine floors, looked great afterwards. zerorez is a little more expensive than others but in my it’s a first time customer it is well worth the money.
No chemicals! Carpets come out clean.
