My air vents have been destroyed and home left a mess after I had the air duct cleaning service performed on them and I worry that there was damage to them from the technicians who worked on them. I am currently speaking with a manager about it, but I am extremely saddened by the issues that have presented themselves and I worry about the health of my daughter after all is said and done.

Major did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my rugs and sofa!
He arrived early, treated my carpets, worked efficiently and professionally to clean my carpets and sofa. The carpets never looked better. The sofa looked brand new when he was finished!

Zerorez, Stephen was able to clean carpet and chairs within a reasonable time.
My rugs were very soiled and stained. They were cleaned however, did not dry after 2 days. I called ZeroRez, who scheduled a return appointment immediately. The technician was able to remove the moisture rings and extract the previous residual moisture. I am a regular customer, have always received great service. Once again, I have experienced professional care. A mistake corrected, no excuses or blame. ZeroRez is a well run company who I will continue to hire.

We had the tile grout done and keep finding areas that were missed/are still dirty. As you know this was a very expensive service and I’m wondering about the value of it when I look around.
Additionally we discovered one of the throw carpets we were billed for was missed completely and of course that was the one that needed it most

Talon L. Was very professional and polite. He was very thorough with the pricing and explaining about tile pricing and carpet pricing. He was on time and after he did the quote I decided and he started the work and got to it. After he was done he explained the time frame of carpet drying etc. He gave me booties in case I needed to walk on carpet, very handy!!! I would highly recommend Talon again when I’m ready to have my carpet cleaned. Zerorez Carpet Cleaning is highly recommended!!!!

Thank you for coming over to fix the mistake but that added another few hours to this that we didn't need. We liked both technicians but to ignore a chair in the middle of master bedroom is insane. Simple question would have been the easiest thing to do and shouldn't be too much to ask.
