The Zerorez representative who provided the service was excellent! He did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was friendly, professional, and timely, and was able to explain what he was doing and how it affected our carpets.
I feel like my service was rushed the carpet looked better but you can tell that a lot of the carpet was unevenly cleaned not happy

Not all the dirt came out. Jordan explained that it would take more than one session. You could offer the follow up session at a discout as I paid nearly $400.00 and my carpets are still streaky and patchy.
I had a customer bleed in my store. So I needed to get the blood profesionally cleaned and removed so I called you guys. The first time you came out I asked the techs are you treating the blood spots I was told yes. I showed them all the spots also then asked again are you treating the spots. I was concerned because they were spaying the same solution all over the floor so if I'm paying per spot for a speacial treatment how is it what is being sprayed all over. Once they were done I did see that the blood was not out. I decided I would wait and see how it looked when I returned on Monday. On Monday I called in because the floor looked worse then before it was cleaned and the blood was not gone. I also noticed on my invoice I was being charged for a BrushPro that was not done. Jordan called me back and said they would come out and clean again and do the spots and BrushPro. I needed it to be done on Saturday again but was told you couldn't do it that late on a Saturday. I did let them come on Wednesday night to fix the cleaning. I am still not happy with the carpet the blood is still there. The carpet was not dry the next day so I had to go get fans to help with the drying. This is why I have my carpet cleaned on Saturdays because we are closed Sunday so it has at least 24 hours to dry. So because of how busy we are and the carpet not being dried in the morning it defeated the purpose of cleaning the carpet. The carpet around the registers is dirtier then before the cleaning.

Your service is the best! Love the no soap cleaning process. The carpets are not soaking wet and dry quickly. When they are dry they are soft. My carpets are 21 years old. When Zerorez is done they look amazing! Fav (my tech this time) let me know he was in the way, knowledgeable, polite and friendly as all the technicians I’ve had with Zerorez. I will never use another cleaning company for my carpets or upholstery.

My carpet is rather old but it always looks great when my zerorez tech is done AND it continues to look good for many many months. Love Zerorez - it is so much better than any other carpet cleaning methods I've used in the past.
