Our technician was very professional, friendly. Carpet came out beautifully and what I love is that it is not soaking wet. It was three hours before it was dry. Very good service.
When we called Zerorez to clean our carpets, the gentleman who answered was friendly and very informative. We were given an appointment within days. He gave us some great instructions on how to help get out carpets cleaned better. Daniel and Makea (sp) were our incredible technicians. They were professional, friendly and truly cared about us, our cat, and how our carpets looked after they had finished. The cost was fantastic. We are thrilled and have already referred Zerorez to a couple of friends. Thank you Zerorez!
