I got my carpet cleaned a couple weeks ago and he did a horrible job. I wanted to go with you guys every month because I get my carpet cleaned every month the way he cleaned. My carpet was ridiculous even left dirt lines in my hallway that I took pictures of the day of Still haven’t come to a resolution.
A few months ago I got my carpet cleaned by Daniel. I was a little nervous on how it would turn out because my carpet is off white. He was pretty confident that he could get the stains out. I was "hopeful". I couldn't believe he was able to get out ALL the stains and the remove the dark spots where there was alot of foot traffic.
My carpet is still looks great! None of the stain have come back and my carpet looks new! I decided to bring him back to do my tile. And so happy I did! My tile was pretty bad as well. I seriously don't think the previous owner of this house ever had them cleaned. Daniel talked me through his process again like he did with the carpet.
First thing Daniel said when he walked in my house was, "Wow you carpet still looks GREAT!" And he is right!
He worked on my tiles and let me tell you...THEY CAME OUT AMAZING!!!!!!!!

After the rugs dried I was still able to see the traffic pattern in my rug. I don't believe there was enough time spent doing the actual cleaning. It took about 20 minutes for the technician to do a 10x12 rug.
How can you make it right? The obvious answer is to give me a refund.

My carpet tech did an amazing job on my service/ carpet treatment. He was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used to clean and very thorough in regards to after care.
The men that came to my house were professional, kind, explained everything they were going to do. The job was done fast and it looks great. I definitely give them a 10 out of 10 and will use them again if needed.

2 times in a row you guys have showed up 3 hours early, causing me to have to close my dining room early. The first time it happened I asked our rep to please make sure not to schedule our cleaning until after 10p, and also to send me a text. Neither happened again.
Jayden was thorough and a consummate professional who listened to my needs and made my carpets “new” again. As renters, we are beholden to the flooring selections here, and he helped turn years of dirt and other things into the cream carpet our landlords sadly picked. Highly recommend!
