I scheduled the appointment at 10:00 a.m. and was given a 3 hour window - 10 am- 1 pm. They called and said the technician was ahead of schedule and would it be okay to come at 9:30, which was great. The technician (sorry, I'm terrible at remembering names) was very courteous, polite and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend!

The service representative was very friendly and informative. I like that they didn’t put too much water on the carpet while cleaning and the end results is very pleasing and the carpet even though it’s 20 years old looks amazing. I will be using zero Rez in about six months to keep the carpet looking Like new. I would definitely recommend zero Rez to anyone that would like a beautifully cleaned carpet.

I had listed stairs on the original order , but it wasn’t on the employees list and the up charge was much more than I expected. I should have received an accurate estimate before the technician came. There was a dark streak left. The technician was congenial and did a great job of removing dark areas of use.

I was excited to try out this company but, ultimately was not satisfied with the experience. Technician was very friendly however, I was very disappointed that the entire carpeted areas were not cleaned. We had furniture that we would have moved had we known that the technician would not. Also, areas under the beds where there was ample room to put a vacuum or cleaning device were not cleaned. Lastly, we didn’t have our coupon honored at the time of service and was told we could not have it honored due to the fact the services were completed. I requested a refund due to the experience as was told that I could not get a refund until a service member came back out to perform a redo of the cleaning. This is not the experience I was hoping for as a first time Zero Res customer and will probably choose other carpet cleaners moving forward.
