This was my first time booking Zerorez, and I will definitely book them again for a future service. I booked a sofa and recliner cleaning and the price for both was reasonable. Additionally, our technician, Brian, was stellar. He was very professional: he introduced himself to me and my husband by name, shook our hands, and was very courteous throughout the appointment, letting us know when to expect loud noises from the machine and walking us through the cleaning process. Bryan left our sofa and recliner spotless! I highly recommend Zerorez.

I’m pleased with the carpet/ upholstery cleaning overall but door entry areas may need small brush to remove soiled spots. More attention needed for small spotty areas not removed with large brush!

I have been using Zerorez for over 6 years happy with their service I like the dry cleaning method, because it dries faster than regular cleaning, they are fast and courteous and professional, I recommend them highly.
The product was wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, accommodating all around great experience.
I paid over $1000 to clean the tile. I can see all the dirty grout spots that are left. A coating to seal the grout was done. Now, no matter how many times I mop the floor with the recommended cleaner and mop, it does not get clean. Very disappointed.
The tech was one time and got right to work. The carpet looked 10x better than when he started
We love the technicians that have been sent out to our home. They arrive on time, dressed for the job and extremely pleasant. Jay was very professional and explained the entire process of what he was going to do. The carpet turned out great!
The tech was very polite and did the best he could. But my carpet looked like he just wet it and then tried to get the water out! It showed more dirt than before he started! He did not try to remove any of the spots! Nor did he ask me if I wanted to include spot removal. It was an area rug and it costed more to clean it than the actual rug cost!
Our technician, Josh, did a good job and seemed very knowledgeable about carpet and gave suggestions for keeping the carpet clean.
