It was too quick. The carpet can’t get clean going over it so quickly.
He was quick and made my carpet brand new. The only thing I didn’t like is they can’t accept tips and for for the great job, they have done and working their butts off. The company should have your employees to accept tips.
Carpets took 24 hours to dry, in spite of ceiling fans, AC turned down to the low 70's, placement of portable fan and using a hair dryer. But one issue I am still dealing with is trying to disguise the long narrow strips where the nap of the carpet remains flattened in the wrong direction. It makes the carpet look terrible. All other carpet cleaning companies use a rake to lift and give a nice finished look to the carpet. That, apparently, is not part of the ZeroRez service, but it should be. I will not be using ZeroRez again.
The gentlemen doing the work were very receptive to helping us solve all of our challenges to get our mess cleaned up. they were professional and detail oriented.

Carpets came out looking great. Traffic carpet areas match up to the non-traffic sections. Bradley B was our technician and he was very informative and respectful, and he did his job well! We hope to get to have them come out again next time on our future carpet cleaning appointment.
