Very orofessional
The first time I used you, the carpet came out great. It was the tech that I ended up not happy with. I am not going to give his name because I hear is is still with the company. This time I give the tech a 10 Major came in and didn’t waste anytime. Friendly, he did a great job. I hope he stays with the company, because I will request him the next time. He is a definite 10.
Ease of making an appointment. Somewhat quick drying. Techs are usually quick and very respectful.
My carpets have never been so clean!
We have used several carpet cleaning companies over the years and most have been prety good but we have been extremely pleased with Zerorez and will continue to use them going forward. They do an excellent job of getting our carpets clean, especially any pet stains we may have and each of the men who have come to our house have been very professional and helpful..

I was quoted a lot less than the actual cost. I was so surprised that the spot treatment cost more than the price quoted. It cost me over 200 to clean 2 rooms and a closet. I won't be using your services. For several years I used you in every house when I managed for my property management business. I never had that problem. You need to tell the customer what spot treatments and pet treatments cost before you come out. Debbie Last name removed
If the office people knew more about the process your tech could have saved a trip out to my house. I needed a badly soiled carpet (soiled with human feces and urine), however your tech could not clean the worst spot in the room. He said he could clean around the spot, but not the worst part. I had told the office person that I texted with that the carpet was badly soiled with human feces and urine and was told they clean with bio treatment so it should be good. I was disappointed but went ahead and had him clean living room and hall......I hope I didn't waste my $180........
Fast and efficient. Showed up when promised. Major was friendly & Polite.
Everything was great. Communication and booking was extremely easy. The gentleman that arrived was extremely courteous and provided all the information that I thought was necessary. I was distracted because I was doing other things in the house. I let him go ahead and clean. I paid extra for the pet cleaning in one of the rooms the second room Only a small part of the room was cleaned. There was an area rug underneath my bed that covers most of the rug. If that wasn’t going to be clean, which is on top of the carpet, I assume that was going to be communicated to me and it was not. I feel disappointed because I basically got the size of a closet, cleaned and charged for a room Again if that communication was there, it would be different. Also, the other side of my bed was not cleaned at all where there was a small bit of carpet showing if I would’ve known, they weren’t gonna clean the area rug. I would’ve been able to roll it up a bit to expose more of the rug.
This was the worst service I’ve had from zerorez to date. He didn’t explain how long to let the carpet dry and was on his phone. Usually there are 2 people to make the service go faster. Very slow this time.
Great clean! I would have liked all of my furniture moved. Overall very good job though. Excellent customer service skills.

The technician, Ricky, shin d an infra flashlight on our carpet and showed me cat urine all over. We onc had 2 feral cats and I’m sure it was them. He then recommended he add a certain product to the normal solution used for cleaning carpet. He was amazing. Our carpets looked and smelled great.
Even after I tried to get urine stains out of the rug on my own, which did not work, Zerorez was able to remove them. Rug looks great. Derek the service tech did a wonderful job. Very satisfied with the results.
They safely get the rugs clean and fresh smelling. Easy to drop them off or they will pick up. They listen to my concerns and give me a solution
