I like how quick and easy it was and the results were great! Our technician, Will, was grea. He explained everything and all our options.
Easy to schedule, reasonably priced, on-time, always communicates arrival time or running late. The treatment they use on your rugs leaves no soapy residue, fresh smelling, and dries totally by the next day.
They have always been able to remove our stains in the carpets; however, this time the Tech immediately stated he wouldn’t be able to get the stain out. He applied “Level 1 and Level 2” on the stain (estra cost). Most came up; however, a small patch remained. We were a bit disappointed this time.
We have continued to use this company for over 10+ years.
Carpet looks great. It dried really fast even though it was a cold day. Ethan C was very respectful, polite and professional. It was a very positive experience overall.

The product work like you said on your commercial, the zerorez pick up all the dirt left is clean like day one when I bought the carpet I am very satisfied with the service. It did not take a long time. It was very proficient getting in and getting out and the results was very surprising to me. I said he’s done in 30 minutes. How clean could the carpet be? The service
Well, I signed up and received many emails about the black Friday special, 25% off. But because got a discount my first time @160, I could not use the 25 % off..of course I learned that when the technician showed up.
I have a 10 x 14 area wool rug, why should that be 4 times the advertised amount for a 10x10 room (39$).
It takes 20 minutes to clean my rug. Owen was nice but wanted to talk to me about how hard it is to get a coffee stain out, it would look better when it dried, too many words and not enough action. I used oxi spray to finish the job, which got out the code stain.
I could have been a customer for life, but I feel like I was cheated. If you guys would have given me 25% off all would have been good.
On time for cleaning. Friendly service representative. Great job, completed quickly. Took the time to ensure no damage to my property while cleaning the carpet. Best service in Las Vegas period.
