You claim you can get carpet like new. Well we had a year old carpet and did not get all the dirt out. Did you change formula. We had you before on a way older carpet and did great this time were kinda disappointed.

Major was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were VERY impressed with his work! He was quick, thorough and managed to remove an “impossible” stain. We will definitely use Zerorez again, requesting Major. We will also encourage others to use Zerorez.
Clean carpet and professional
Technician Major came to our home and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet in 3 rooms, an area rug, and a closet. He also cleaned 3 chairs. He was pleasant, thorough, and was all about business. Everywhere that he worked looked remarkable. He got stains out of the carpets and chairs. He didn't take long to do all of the projects we had for him. We highly recommend Major for all your cleaning jobs.

I was a brand new customer... I received a $20 off promo code to use, but you have a "minimum" fee of $100 for coming out which exceeded the cost of what I needed (your $80 staircase cleaning). While I understand the minimum charge, when the technician arrived he charged me $35 extra for pet stains... which exceeded the difference of the "minimum" and my discount code did nothing to offset that. The technician was in and out of my house in less than 20 minutes for a very easy job (one staircase). He said he couldn't do anything about the price. Considering all of the promotions and discounts I see advertised for your company (such as "two rooms for $99") I feel I was overcharged. Nothing about the experience made me want to be a repeat customer. But my carpet is clean, so I guess I can't complain too much.

Zerorez is always on time. The operators are very friendly and knowledgeable about what services are needed. My carpet is 21 years old, and nobody but your company has ever cleaned it. It still looks great!
