Dries in just a few hours. However, the master bedroom carpet was not cleaned very well. There are still quite a bit of dirty spots.

We were very impressed with the way Steve handled this job. He was very polite and professional and he explained everything that he was going to do to try and save our carpet. He explained to us that we should be very careful for around 3-4 hours after he was finished and that some areas would need a little extra time to dry because of how he had to treat certain areas of the carpet due to a lot of soap in the carpet. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and he cleaned up the areas and asked if we had any issues and then he left. Thank you Zerorez for hiring him, he is a professionals professional.
I’m always impressed with how great the carpets look afterwards and I appreciate how the technicians clean up after themselves. They are always a pleasure to work with!
The 4 times I have used the service, Tracy has been professional and thorough. The carpets, shower tiles and floor tiles look so much better and he was able to get the orange residue up that remained from the flood.
I would recommend the services to anyone.

ZeroRez just cleaned and sealed our tile and grout. I like the zero harsh chemical approach. Also the service has been great.
my asociate owyn was a great person. he took the time to connect with me, come up with antidotes and convinced me with the upsale on the biospray treatment. he is a lovely person.
what i loved about the zero res is that my carpet didn't smell like dog after he finished, and it did get a surface level of clean. some of the carpet
stains did come up, but not all of them. I'm not sure if that's a lack of attention to detail on Owyn's part, or if the zero res doesn't deep clean as well as the traditional cleaner i used in the past. i have a drip stain in my living room area that was only a few weeks old that is still there, and some staining on the small hall carpet that doesn't look touched.
i would love to have someone come back over and work those out.

It’s one if the few companies still charging the same for their services 4 years later. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.

This was a great experience! Our carpets were pretty dirty from shoes and had some stains from our dog but the carpet came out great! We were mostly focused on getting the smell out and our carpets are super old, so there’s really only so much one can do but we thought they came out great! I believe our technician was named Azael and he was very friendly, respectful, and got the job done quick. Would hire them again!

Very respectable &kind , did a great job. Explain why certain areas didn’t look as clean as others. Because of ware . Only complaint I is paying a service charge when I paid $ 117.for the service of having my carpets cleaned.🤷🏻♀️
