Carpet and sofa are clean it was fast and efficient
Always affordable and always fantastic
I initially thought everything was good because the technician was really friendly but after everything dried, I realized that there are several spots that definitely could have come out better. A couple of them, I spot treated myself after the service and they came out much better. I was charged $600 because of certain types of service needed and because of the size of certain rooms but honestly, the guy was in and out really fast and I just don’t think that the quality matched the up charges. If the quality had been better, I would’ve been totally fine with the pricing. I won’t be a repeat customer and I won’t advocate for this company to my network.
The price was good, the tech was on time, he express knowledge of his product. Great personality. The next time I schedule for service I definitely want Bradley.

The actual service is ok but billing is not transparent. There are hidden fees, round up. I was quoted a room is $35 plus tax, but it’s listed $49, he explained that is after tax. Please learn the math and show math on your invoice.
Our tech was great and service was excellent.
They are a great group to work with and scheduling is so easy. Cleaners are prompt and do a great job on our floors.

Hired Zerorez to clean a space that my pet had soiled. Before the treatment process there was an odor but not very noticeable. After the cleaning/treatment the odor has become overpowering and has seeped to other parts of the house. Very disappointing.

carpets were not as clean as the should be stanley steamer does a better job if you don't agree to the up grades. If you pay for brushing you get a better result such bull should be included to get the best result to start with. My carpet is 2 years old there were no stains never walked on with shoes ... you can't make things right. will never use again
