Prompt Professional, and courtesy service. The (Bob) technician knew what he was doing. I understand that I might not qualified for the 3 rooms @ $99.00 per Scott Gentry @ KJUL Radio but feel that there should have been some type of discount affored me. The fuel fee was a total shock to me. Perhaps, that should have been acknowledged then waived as a loyal KJUL listener. Otherwise Great Job! Brett was very courteous, on time and performed the work professionally. We are extremely happy with how clean the carpet was when finished. Neither myself nor my husband thought the carpet would ever be cleaned to the degree it was. We had a floor mate by the computer for an office chair to sit on. The carpet under the mate was the original color and had not been soiled over the years. Now you cannot tell where the mate was in comparison with the surrounding carpet. Fantastic job! We would strongly recommend this company.
the results of the carpet cleaning was better than rug doctor and stanley steamer which I used previously.

Friendly technician. Seemed knowledgeable about what to do, not do with regard to carpet cleaning and maintenance. Finished work was great.
the carpet is clean for the first time
Everything! The cleaning process, no soap residue, the way the carpet looked when they were done, the professionalism of the guy who came out and the knowledge of carpets and what works best for them, just to name a few.

Roy was a very hard worker and put his hart into the job. Thanks Roy! Perhaps as an additional Item you could offer a disinfectant and or a deodorizer I know it would not be zerorez but it would be an option. My really stinky carpet still stinks in spots but, thats the way it is. Not your fault.

Pricey tile cleaning
When Andre came to saw us sample work, that was good but when John came to do real work, it did not came out as great as sample work. John left some part of carpet with lots of water when he did tile cleaning. Basically we r not satisfied with john's attitude and customer service when I raised this issue.

There are some spots that reappeared after the carpet dried. I am planning on using the cleaner I purchased from Zerorez to see if they will come out. Most of the carpet looks great accept for this one area!
You are super efficient and did everything in 45 mins. He said it will take 2-4 hours to dry and at 8pm my carpet was still quite wet (8hrs). The extraction was very poor in my room. He explained to me that there might be a urine smell so he is going to spray something. It has been 1.5 weeks and the odor is still bad. The first Sunday when all my friends came it was so bad my girlfriend went out and bought 3 odor absorber. 2 days ago it was still bad so I bought this small machine that scrubs dog urine and sucks it up but the area that is real bad is 2' x 7' and 3"x1'. I have my house steamed cleaned in Hawaii every year and they do such a good job. I watched him and it might be a good idea when the carpet is as thick as mine with such a think padding to make an extra pass to extract. My friends has recommended a really good company but they are booked till Thursday. The area rugs and my daughters room came out really good.
