Very through in their work!
We moved here last April from Missouri. For all those years I had never used anyone to clean my carpets except those that used only hot water. No chemicals, no cleaning agents! I found those types of cleaning caused more cleaning needed in about six months, as residue would not be completely removed. I had a hard time finding a company here that used only steam cleaning. Then I found Zerorez! What a relief! They did a beautiful job. My carpets looked brand new and I know they will stay that way for a long time. They came in the time frame set. The young man was very courteous and helpful. I will always call them in the future when my carpets need help.
carpets came out like new!
I have a dog and he NEVER has a problem when Zerorez cleans the carpets. The carpets also feel different, i.e. better than when I've had them cleaned by other carpet cleaners.

The carpets in the rental home were very dirty. The service tech Brett did a good job explaining what to expect especially with the case of the urine stains from the previous renter. He informed me that the urine stains would appear whiter when the carpets dried and explained the only way to properly take care of the stains was to replace the carpet pad after sealing the concrete slab. Brett's explanation set my expectations where they should have been. Except for the urine stains the carpet looks much better than before.
The service person,(Ray), was the best person to every service my carpet. I've been using ZEROREZ for many years, but Ray is the best I've ever had.

It didn't work out for us this time. That's not to say I wouldn't recommend ZEROREZ. I have made such recommendations in the past and would do it again. It is just that this time I'll place the blame on the time of my appointment. Your man arrived after five in the afternoon and I feel we got a 'quick shuffle' Things didn't work out this time as they did in past times. Hopefully it will be better the next time. (I'll schedule in the AM)
My carpets look great and you can't beat the prices!
Detergents are not used.
You are expensive, but the best. The carpet is thoroughly clean when the job is done, and no evidence of chemicals. Brent and Roy have been great experiences for me. Both are dedicated to their job and company, and at the sime time loyal to the customer.

The urine stains from my dogs are far more obvious now. It is so bad that we can hardly breath. Had to leav all the doors and windows open.
Your tech, Roy is a fine man, very courteous. He gets a ten, but to have the problem made worse by cleaning is unfortunate indeed

The service man that came was fantastic. I wish I remember his name, but he was superb. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was very direct about what to expect. My carpet looks better than ever, like new.
I like the fact that your cleaning process is 100% natural and uses no chemicals that can harm my family and pets. I always have the same technician come to my house because he is very careful, knowledgable and consistent. Brett Webster is his name and I highly recommend his services.
