My primary dissatisfaction was that as they started to clean I noticed they did not move any piece of furniture. When I had made the appt the operator told me they would move anything that was not excessively heavy. I was having my dining room, living room and family cleaned so the only item that is too heavy to easily move is a wine cabinet. When I asked the tech he said they don't move the furniture, I told him that was not okay and not what I was told on the phone and he said well what do you want moved and I told him everything. He said he could move 1 or 2 items but not everything especially since I had so much furniture??. The living room has a loveseat, couch, coffee table and end table and my family room has a couch, loveseat, 2 chairs and a coffee table. These are all items I can move myself (I'm 5 ft, 4 and 115 lbs) and there were 2 techs there. He called his supervisor and said the supervisor approved it IF I paid to scotchguard all the rooms. I did not need that done and told him I wanted to speak to the supervisor. He tried to call him back and he didn't answer. He finally moved it all but acted very put out and treated me as if I was being completely unreasonable. I also heard him speaking to his supervisor later and make a statement that I was mad at him and wasn't speaking to him which was not true I was upstairs working which I had been doing throughout the entire time he was there except when I looked downstairs and saw they weren't moving anything.
I like your whole process. I have never heard a negative thing about your company. The technician you sent here was a total professional. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with ZEROREZ and I Have recommended you to family and friends.

Couldn't get out the pet stains, so paid to have carpet cleaned and ended up ripping them out.
Roy was very friendly, concerned about ensuring I was happy with the job he did. Gave a lot of useful information about carpet. And truly worked hard while he was at the house!!

Can't tell the difference from before and after
I like that there was ZERO residue that was left behind after the cleaning was done. I love that my 8-year-old carpet, tile, and upholstry looks BRAND NEW!

Zerorez was able to get out stains in my carpet that I didn't think would come out. The person who did the cleaning was very friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for carpet cleaning.

The "young" technician Ray was polite and on time. The job he did was not up to what Zerorez had done for us previously. I had to ask him to redo an area and he said it was dirtly because my ari vents "probably needed cleaning". After he redid the area in question it looked better but still not what we expected. Today I took a small handheld cleaner to the area and you would not believe the dirt that came out. I used plan water on the area.
Twice i've had your company out to fix former pet odor issues. your company is not results driven (customer satisfaction) but rather contract driven. you now have $500 of my money and I still can smell the cat urine. if i hire a plumber, in exchange for a fixed price , I get results. not with zerorez. your technicians knocked a piece of art off a wall and broke chair rail molding, which i can prove with recent pics, was not broken before. If you can not or know not how to do what your ads say, you should quit the business. $500 i'm out, cat pee in my nostrils and broken molding to pay more money to fix!!!!!

Over the phone I was told that my stairs could be counted as two rooms. When the tech got here he told me that was false information and each step was counted individually. Big price difference. It looks good, but I would have liked to have been more prepared for how much I was going to have to pay. Yes they can only give an estimate over the phone, but I was given false information even though I gave accurate information on my home.
When I called zerotez and stated I wanted 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairway , dining room, and den cleaned they gave me an estimate of $300. Upon hearing that I ordered the service. When zerotez came they said it would be $480!!! I called and was told the dispatcher I had spoken to who gave me estimate made some mistakes thus giving me inaccurate estimate!!!!!! The technician Ray was professional and did gOod job. But next time I will do more research with other cOmpanies and make sure I hold them closer to phone estimate
Think your product is the best.would be nice if when you run a special that you could email to existing customers.

Ray, my carpet cleaner, takes the time to make sure that the job is perfect. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and concerned about customer satisfaction. My carpet looks great! No crunchy feel from residual shampoo! It dried very quickly. Everyone at work recommended Zerorez and I'll now be recommending it too!
