The guy had his face in his iphone the whole time we were chatting about the job, so I was not really sure he was listening to me. I prefer to see an invoice on paper before I pay. There were a few random spots which did not come out, but they were of the same material of the spots that came out, so I think he was not very careful or thorough. He missed areas near thresholds, and under the folding door in the hallway. On top of all this, he backed his truck into the awning of our parking area, so I had to deal with phone calls about that.
I'm not sure it it is entirely your fault as far as how clean our carpets were after your treatment. Our carpet is very old and worn, but overall, there was a visible difference. However, we were told when we first made our appointment that we could get the saturday right after our carpet was looked at. This was both from the tech and the woman on the phone. However, when we prepared for that day and no one showed up, we called to find out that the appointment was for a week later. This may have been our fault, but I'm pretty sure we may have been rescheduled without us being informed. The tech who came out to look at the carpet was very helpful though. Again, maybe the commercials on the radio (Heidi, Alan, etc.) may be too unrealistic in their claims, or maybe our carpet was just too far gone. First name removed H. Last name removed
So far the carpet looks great. I had some really troubled areas and they look great so far. Very impressed.

Your guy was great, carpet is clean - but not much of a different from others we had before. Your price is also higher. I dealt with several companies in the last few years they come in pair. If I was not around to help, my could have easily cancelled. I tried your company thru Ms Harris' endorsement and I was a bit dis-appointed actually not because of the quality of work, but the lack of assistance for your guy.

Love the way the carpets feels after cleaning
very informative and took time to explain the process. We tried Zerorez as I had a reaction from a previous cleaning company. Very pleased with the outcome and happy to say the carpets are now looking brand new.

This is our second time using zerorez. The first time was excellent, hence the return. This time, however, the carpet in my master bedroom is not as clean. I have two spots that were missed and there are apparent as you walk into the room. This is disappointing.

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals, and my rugs look just as good as when chemicals are used. The young man that cleaned my carpets was very polite and knowledgeable.

We have not received a quote. ALos You gave me pricing for my home and did not honor the 90 form Mark and Mercedes radion offer of $90, I was told it was $119. Your pricing for residentail seen much high than your competitors.
